The Culture of the Company is completely overwhelming, the decent environment encourages efficiency in work.

Dislikes

Work pressure is quite strong where the compensation on same grounds is average (sharing my perspective only). Decent package might encourages employees to sustain and empowers them to maintain their work-life balanced.

Dislikes

The payroll cycle should be 30th or 31st of every month, and not on 7th. The Pay-slip doesn't get generated on time.
