AVP/DVP- Large Corporate Account Handling and Team Management

Job Description:

1. Underwrite large corporate insurance policies: Evaluate and assess new business by analyzing financials and riskscover.
2. Develop underwriting guidelines: Create and maintain guidelines and pricing strategies.
3. Manage new business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by collaborating with sales team.
4. Ensure client retention: Maintain strong client relationships, provide ongoing support, and implement retention strategies.

5. Ensure compliance: Monitor portfolio risk and ensure adherence to regulatory standards & guidelines.
6. Communicate effectively: Work with internal stakeholders and clients to explain underwriting decisions and policy terms.

Preferred candidate profile:

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:: Bachelor's/ Master's degree (any) or in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience: 15 Yrs + of experience in handling large corporate accounts with a proven track record in business development and client management.
Skills: Strong understanding of corporate insurance needs, excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and tools, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple high-value accounts in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a focus on client satisfaction and strategic growth.
