You get the opportunity to experience multiple roles within the plant. WCM practiced on the shop floor is quite amazing.

SEPR India- (worked 2018-20) The experience was as a fresher, straight out of college and hence may be a bit biased. As a fresher , I was not given proper guidance/training on my job role. Hence it was full of experimentation. This made me directionless at times and doubt myself. Nobody was there to point out my scope for improvement nor to give proper feedbacks. Also there was a bond of 2 years, which had a hefty fine if you break. But it was negotiable in case of exceptions. Learning wise, i would recommend to get into anything new that the organisation brings up and get certified. The trainings offered by the company was only related to their HR policy, and they were not really useful in handling your day to day work . But if you have figured out your path and if you are experienced, then i feel that you can easily enjoy your time here. Just make sure you brand yourself the right way. The remunerations were not that attractive and figure remained the same even after getting confirmed ,post GET phase. If you are opting to work here, i recommend attending valid certification courses in parallel to make most of your time. Also keep a note of your work life balance as the working days are 6 days 9 hrs per week. Sunday will be taken away by laundry if you are staying alone. Invest in yourself , make yourself better and do not put the company on a pedestal. Also recommend anyone who wishes to join, to negotiate with the company and not to agree to anything for free.
