Organization is full of politics. I was working there since 2019 in tough COVID situation i was working without worrying of my life . Mr Abhijit shivankar was the customer care manager was there. When I asked them for a leave for my marriage they granted me only 10 days leave. During the leave they were calling me on the daily basis for the follow up . I was geting touch with them . I got delay one day on 11th day of my leave Abhijit shivankar sent me a whatsup message that my job has been abscounted. When I reached hospital hr shital wagh told me that your job has been abscounted by management. According to there instructions i have done all my clearence formalities but they have done my clearence. Assistant manager ashwin ovhal is always maintained a difference between local Marathi guy and the guy who came from outside of Maharashtra.
