I never wanted to say bad things for a company But There should be a proper management protocols SLTL has a very very poor team management protocols. The top management from each department, they should have hierarchy No learning opportunity provided ever in my 2.5 years career No proper training about the product They just want the numbers, customer service is also pathetic, some of customers abuse me because of the company services and process. Somehow I sell the first machine because of my pitching skills, the client never buy second time because of the pathetic service and management of the company. Egoistic superiors Just want the profits and values No moral value in the company. In the name of increment, had to beg for the long long months and they will give you a perks of 2k Or max 2.5k after the 2 years of tenure and only after an excellent performance. There is service manager name Mr. Debashis Dey, 18-19years and continuing in the company, I asked for some query about technicalities, he demand 25k fees. And also he steal our existing client's repeat orders, when I complain to the management they never had an issue. Late Salary and expenses Pure office politics by senior employee who is plant head there but interfering in sales and all departments in company. Without having sense of market she still operating in 90's era. Be aware of her and if you go against her by showing your 'real capabilities' she can plan any conspiracy against you in which she is expert since 25 years in same organisation. She always wipes out employees who are smarter than her and would like to surrounded by 'bootlickers' If you are not found guilty in her court then final ace card to play is 'Women Victim Card' which she uses cleverly by some junior female staff. HR department always takes neutral role against her even after showing the unethical efforts by her. Most employees had left SLTL Medical thanks to that croocked lady only. HR head is like gunda lacking basic sense of emotions towards employee. He directly takes 'supari' of employee for termination by pressuring them to resign immediately or terminate on same day.
