HR has no Role in Saving Jobs.Thats Big Disadvantges.Their is no communication for retaining candidate and directly telling to leave organization or they will terminate without one to one talk .Having 2 Years of bond for them which will be signed on joining so that candidate can't leave Organisation on their will ,have to wait and depend on them.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
