- Provide technical guidance and consultation to clients regarding machine selection and application. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide sales training and technical guidance to the team.. Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring targets are met.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.. Provide feedback to the management on market dynamics and customer demands.
- Sales Operations & Reporting: Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (service, production, and finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring profitability.. Key Skills & Requirements:. Strong experience in B2B sales of laser machines or capital equipment.
- Excellent technical understanding of laser cutting, welding, or marking technologies. Ability to drive business growth through strategic sales planning.
