Late Salary and expenses Pure office politics by senior employee who is plant head there but interfering in sales and all departments in company. Without having sense of market she still operating in 90's era. Be aware of her and if you go against her by showing your 'real capabilities' she can plan any conspiracy against you in which she is expert since 25 years in same organisation. She always wipes out employees who are smarter than her and would like to surrounded by 'bootlickers' If you are not found guilty in her court then final ace card to play is 'Women Victim Card' which she uses cleverly by some junior female staff. HR department always takes neutral role against her even after showing the unethical efforts by her. Most employees had left SLTL Medical thanks to that croocked lady only. HR head is like gunda lacking basic sense of emotions towards employee. He directly takes 'supari' of employee for termination by pressuring them to resign immediately or terminate on same day.
