We have lot to learn. All the way from drawings to concepts. Team leads and Managers are very supportive to guide technically. And also provide support in all aspects to meet the customer requirements. onsite opportunities to UK and France is a very great opportunity for even one year exp.

No work life balance, working hours are like 10-12hours everyday weekend work is mandatory HR or technical manager doesn't care about employees. Comp off is a joke the manager never approve your comp off

The team and team spirit. You will always be motivated to work, no matter what, you will finish the work. And also learn new things everyday.

Dislikes

We don't get paid for working double shifts or OT, we don't get paid enough for working on Saturday. We don't get paid for the PAID leaves if we have leave balance when we leave the company.

Dislikes

Forces employees to work 12-16 hours a day without giving any extra pay. Unprofessional/ threatening behavior from managers and poor trainings for those who join the company. Not a good place to work in terms of professionalism and work-life balance.
