Management has no idea where or how to take the company forward. No proper structure or hierarchy is followed. Some departments don't have a work culture/ process to follow. All the management cares about us if you have billing hours for the day. Even after working for 30+ continuous hours all they care about is if the file is delivered and zero concerns about employee without any support from management. By genuinely, here they will not provide skill training, keeping in mind that if you get skill you will jump to other company. So as they will put boundary for your skill development there is no career growth. They will maintain modification projects so that they can make profit with less salaried employees . Managers will avid challenging projects as employees will get more knowledge and they will jump to other company. Salary hike is around 5%. There is more value for dramatic actions, obviously so much politics. They will not allow you to learn new challenges as it is challenge for them to maintain employee as slave. 0% transference. Horrible thing is that manager tell to TL to take right and left of subordinates, later he will handle every thing if it goes any thing wrong.
