Management has no idea where or how to take the company forward. No proper structure or hierarchy is followed. Some departments don't have a work culture/ process to follow. All the management cares about us if you have billing hours for the day. Even after working for 30+ continuous hours all they care about is if the file is delivered and zero concerns about employee without any support from management.
