Helpful teammates and proper training. Recognition by clients.

Dislikes

Management politics and slave attitude. Unprofessional rules and protocol and do not encourage creativity. HR is least bothered about employee concerns and sides management. No voicing options against partiality or politics of managers.

Started off with good training module but failed to appoint efficient leaders to manage the team. There was too much of favourism and internal politics. We were made to look like mere support executives. Numbers and not quality matters for them managers.
