Challenging work environment. Less employees than the real requirements which make one to learn more. Company's process and system are well defined.

Entire India Business and management is remote controlled by Chinese Management. It is more a Chinese company than Saudi Company. Less freedom in decision making and innovation. Worst experience with Chinese Management who do not allow people and business to grow. India is more like sales depot. No growth and insecure environment.
