Saber Soft Tech Private Limited is a fake company. The company is very careless about their employees. Their managers have no rules on how to talk to their employees. They just shout and insult employees for 8-9 hours. There are many salary issues. They pay their employees after 2 months. The company does not care about the salary increase of the employees and they only want skilled person with low salary. And their managers do mental torture and force them to do wrong behavior, especially the support team. The standard of this company is below MIDC level. This company in no future of employees. My experience and 6 other employees they did not pay their salaries and the employees got tired of waiting for their salaries but the company did not get their salaries and they resigned. Why did they not pay the salary of December? I resigned from my job due to payment issues. Please pay my salary because I worked hard for 1 and a half months. And without taking any vacation. I demand my hard earned income. I also did msgs to HR - Shital Deshmukh but she didn't any reply. I am not begging, I am asking for my money of my hard work. Employees leave their jobs, they do not pay their salaries on time and the employee leaves after waiting for 2 months of salary but the company does not pay the salary and then the company again hires new children and they also wait for 1 month and if they do not get salary, they leave. The company makes the employees work for free. This is the way it has been going on in that company for 1 year. They drive the employees crazy and are playing with the future of the children.
