The work environment was very positive with regualar engagement activities and good base salary. About Product: The product is amazing to work on, they have their own Language Model ..and They had agentic AI even before gpt came. I learnt many things here. Timings: Flexible entry timings with focus on work completed rather than hours spent in office.

Dislikes

The salary was not on time, and they couldn't pay last few salaries dues to financial crisis, mismanagement of funds by founders. This should've been intimated in advance than just pending salaries for longer.

Nothing to like... Except if you are unemployed and want to learn and work only, then it's good for you.

- No Salary. - Unorganised management. - Unresponsive HRs. - Terrible Work Culture. - No weekends. - Flexible Working Hours (from 8 am to 8 pm. Sometimes it's 12 am) - Do hell with your work life balance.

Ground level employees are good, helpful and cooperative.

Dislikes

Worst management. Toxic environment. We didn't get salary on time. Last 3 months salaries are pending. They cut TDS but didn't deposit. We didn't get our variable money. Worst HR. You have to fight for everything. Without salary they will force you to work on Saturday and Sunday.

HR system is really bad, they are very unprofessional and don't treat you well. Even some managers are unavailable to listen to you. The company doesn't have roadmaps and plans, any demands can suddenly come and you hardwork can go to waste when the suddenly change the requirements without prior notice and plan.
