I really liked the flexible work shift timings, You just need to complete your 8.5 working hours. Some employees come at 9:30, some at 10:00 am or some at 10:30. So they are very flexible, Just need to complete your 8.5 working Hours. Otherwise in other companies, I've seen that If you're 10 min late, then it will be marked as a Halfday but here in SV Global Designs, Flexible working hours policy is the only policy that I really like. No dislikes, All colleagues are supportive. Management always listen to your concerns. It's been more than a year now ,and I'm enjoying working with them.

Manipulative Manager, internship culture chalta hai company me kyuki kam paiso me jada kaam karva sakte hai jaise hi internship puri aur tumne jada salary mangi tumhari koi value nahi fir ye tumko torture aur manipulate karenge taki tum khud hi quit kardo, bahut politics hai, hr line marti hai manager pe, CSD k ladke gandi nazar se dekhte hai ladkiyo ko, 8 ghante ki shift me tum 2 min bhi jaldi nahi ja sakte, iss company k bare me jo ache review likhe hai unpe mat jana kyuki ye log khud office me apne employees se likhvate hai vo like aaj tumne join kiya aur ek hafte baad tumko ye review likhne ko boldenge, if you are someone who reads review before joining any company then you obviously wants to work somewhere nice so i must warn you there is no career or salary growth in this company....Read More
