Team Lead (not a CA) Director gets all his work done from his team. So basically team has to do their job plus his job. Team Lead does nothing for the whole day and keeps munching all day. TL is literally cunning. Howmuchever efforts you might put in your job , TL will never be satisfied. He is quite partial and plays internal politics. The ambience is very homely. Even after years now, I miss the authentic marwadi lunch they serve to all the employees as well as the festivals/events celebrated here with great enthusiasm!!

Dislikes

Changing departments becomes a bit tiresome and requires a lot of efforts convincing seniors, especially if you do not end up in their good books!! A lot of biasness towards religion (Marwadis) and relational reference is noticed.

This organization has government assignments and statutary audits. If they hire you for a specific project, you will not be able to work on other projects in free time. Partiality in organization. There are some people in the organization where they did not get work as per their skills. It's not a good exposure. False statements by management.
