Technically good company, under budget projects and lack of coordination between sales, presales and delivery leads to loss in projects and pressure on delivery. began alternate working days to be present in person since October 2020 instead of daily.

Dislikes

1. Leadership doesnt give clear goals to mid management which is tense to employees. 2. HR has too much of interference in approving leaves which should be with business. 3. 8 hours in office as strict as school irrespective of employees work more than that. 4.
