Technically good company, under budget projects and lack of coordination between sales, presales and delivery leads to loss in projects and pressure on delivery. began alternate working days to be present in person since October 2020 instead of daily.

Dislikes

1. Leadership doesnt give clear goals to mid management which is tense to employees. 2. HR has too much of interference in approving leaves which should be with business. 3. 8 hours in office as strict as school irrespective of employees work more than that. 4. One senior guy also counts how much time an employee goes to washroom 5. Authoritative leadership instead of lead by example, atleast some of them. Culture is mostly of lala organization

During covid-19 company is deducting 33% of from salary, no other company are doing, which is refundable if we continue in the office till December if we leave the company the deducted amount was not refundable which is not fare
