Good work environment and culture. Management is transparent and teammates are supportive. The company is open to new ideas and is passionate about the work they do. They are highly customer centric and their projects deliver always on time.

I loved the team and the senior management during my tenure here. I felt very valued as a part of the team. My initial learning curve was shortened only because of the good intervention of the senior managers. Rydon was a best fit for me in terms of my work ethos. They never compromised on any elements both internal and external. A very stringent process in manufacturing and everything else gave me immense satisfaction.
