I am happy to work with my current employer. I have achieved all the KPIs, met the deadlines of client deliverables and were able to serve all best of my capabilities. But now my project is going to ramp-down. Moreover, I am not getting the desired work which is aligned with my career aspiration.

I was great to say that I have worked with RWS Moravia but sadly the company economization getting decrease with time. It hardly to say that why it happened. I thought that it was because company employees slackers.

Nothing. Managers (indian) have -" I am only right" attitude and if you don't call them sir/ma'am they will get offended Highly unprofessional Mass firings every month No appraisal Lack of projects/ high disrespect Stand up calls lasts for 3 hours daily.

Rws india No salary hike 1.Unprofessional attitude 2.Abusive managers especially the ones who are only in this company for 20 years 3. Threatening tone on call 4. Back bitching especially by higher management 5. They make sure that good candidates gets no exposure and targets atleast one person within team 6. They have sir /ma'am culture 7.
