I hope the staff get the due respect they deserve and are paid well!it would be great if the workload is shared at all level irrespective of the position.starting from interns there is great disparity in what one does and how much over the others and same with staff.i find every young newly hired staff just doing paper work and their enthusiasm to teach being restricted by the paper work!maybe a healthy distribution irrespective of the hierarchy will preserve the enthusiasm and limit the fear of being overworked this will favor more growth!...Read More
