Hi friends I was work with this compnay, I notice their is not to good to work, also company didn't provide employees salary. So many distributors lost their huge amount(1cr +) in this system company denied to return also not picking their phones.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
