Company is not update as per customer requirement, competitor Is very agressive on customer retention. Company is not changing their policies for takeovers from competitor. High threat from manager on job security, dependency is high on other depatments to complete a loan. No support from Ops team if there is transaction failure. Competitor is giving Loan amount for same ornaments wheareas Rupeek is deducting high deductions due to that customers getting low loan amount and then they are cancelling the loans. To complete a loan, we should coordinate with Multiple departments from Transaction pushing to finish. We should beg each manager here for transaction complete. Role is good, actual job is a call center profile. We should call n number of calls to fix a transaction. My team is doing BTL activity due to that customers aware about reupeek. After some days Customers will Download the app and took the loan without Sales team involvement. Here, our ground work helping to another department. We are unable to do sales due to it.
