Likes

The work culture is great, people are collaborative and intelligent, ample opportunity to grow. HR policies are decent, same goes with remuneration.

Dislikes

There is slight ambiguity about management focus on growth. Job security seems to be a concern, if you are not from IITs or IIM A,B,C (this is what the trend has been in recent layoff).
