There is no job security, when they want they terminates staff.

Dislikes

There is no culture, no one adressing our issue, lots off bosses change every month. 12 hrs working hrs, they take meeting at 1 oclock mid night.. There is no management.

It gives u average salary, good incentive but u have to give at least 14 hours a day

There is no job security as u already left ur older job for this and they will throw u out in just one month basis Some times without any notice..

Started from morning 8 u will see hell till 8 in night but they will never get satisfaction
