1.Here work life is sucks. 2.Loan managers work here like a delivery boy. 3.TBM finds loophole in system and earn money like transfer business in family and friend RBP’s and also change one employee business to favourite employee. 4.If TBM’s help their loan manager in business then ask half money/incentive against this. 5.Loan mangers should be on time on transactions assigned but TBM’s come office once in a blue moon,All the punctuality and regulation only for Loan managers. 6.TBM’s put all pressure on loan managers and use foul languages and threatened those who are against his orders. I have suggestion to Rupeek please check reality for loan managers right and what there are facing and please check TBM’s what there doing and should some strictly rules like should reach RO daily on time and track his day activities and last please check RBP history TBM’s earn lots of money by transferring business....Read More

There is no culture, no one adressing our issue, lots off bosses change every month. 12 hrs working hrs, they take meeting at 1 oclock mid night.. There is no management.
