No Growth for Chemical Engineer. Suface Treatment Manger is very narrow minded & rude in nature. Management beleives in PPEs only for safety measures. No safety drill/safety induction is conducted. If any accident happens during work, Management investigate only PPEs. No other safety hierarchy measure. Even they don't register lose time injurey in DISH. Biased management for their favourit one. if anyone is fond of good infrastructure and interested to adore it on everyday and least bother about career growth must join 1. Management has no potential and geographical disadvantage 2. Fixed cost is too high no where to achieve break even point in next 12-15 years. 3. Hardly 5-7 c ustomers company has including scrap customers. 4. Work Satisfaction : Nil but for lazy one's absolute go-ahead. 5. Salary Satisfaction: Not at all 6. Work Culture: Pathetic 7. Growth / Promotion : good to move on rather than waiting for same. 8.
