Great place to learn. Young staff, I think the best CNC machining, fabrication and surface treatment (electroplating & heat treatment) facility under one roof.

Dislikes

What I dislike is that there is no room for growth. it's a small business with limited customers. Lack of communication. Unfair pay, favoritism.

High level of politics, they only play politics .hr manager, purchase manager, production manager , process engineering manager, all are cheap, unskilled, no sense how to talk. Very fool and highly level of cheap, fool unskilled production manager. He dont know ...usko karna kya hai..all they are gossips in company no one have work to do They also instruct there down level team members to misbehave with senior.
