Likes

Working environment good and management is transparent. Team member supportive. Company policies average. They give average salary structure.

Dislikes

There is no bond policies,and doesn't politics this company. But salary is poor like your designations deserved. No incentive and no proper apresal and timely hike.

Work satisfaction - Bad

Work Details

The job is interesting for me because new area and new state. Startly struggled in the beginning as there was no formel training. I learnt everything on the job, I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different role.
