1) 2 Owners controlling everything. 2) No information about Turnovers are given to employees. They judge their growth by themselves and give Performance bonus based on that. 3) HR for Namesake controlled by owners (No offense to HR) 4) They ask you to write review on all social media platform on 1st week. So that's the reason that higher number of reviews will always be good. 5) It's 11 pm or its 2am if it's deliverable you have to be there. 6) A lot but I'm tired....Read More

Work-life balance was an issue with a lot of challenging technology to learn in a short span and deliver with highest accuracy. However, as the whole team worked together, it was not so taxing.

My work was around data extraction, transformation and loading from multiple different data sources, through data ETL pipelines, and building data warehouses. I worked with Talend, Google BigQuery, Python and Postgres DB.
