Office timming is good. One can learn corporate office & work culture fast. Company policies are good, appraisals are low & unsatisfied as per job roles. But bonuses are good.

There is a lots of office politics & gossips. Few RM(s) don't support & address our issues to upper management. Salary is unsatisfied as per job post & job description. Career growth is also slow. Also RM will not entertain to retain good employees who are expertise in there fields.
