Hiring Category Lead- (Personal Care/ Baby Care)

Role & Responsibilities for CATEGORY LEAD:

a) Strategy & Planning :

1. Define category marketing strategies to support the approaching assignment's objective.
2. Develop a feasible marketing plan and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
3. Drive category sales Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (new product development, new product introduction, branding, communications etc.)
4. Brand architecture & Price pack architecture Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
5. Manage Brand wise ROMI and perform periodic evaluation with respect to annual business plan.
6. Improvement in Category Margin.

b) Brand Development:

1. Revamp/Launch new products to meet market specific requirement
2. Led to direct marketing planning & Implementation
3. Brand development activities (design & implementation).
4. PBO (Profit Before Overhead) Delivery.

d)Team Management & Coaching.

e) Ensure alignment between departments, better coordination of resources, and a more unified effort toward achieving the company's business and organizational objectives.

f) Research industry reports, market trends, competition on an ongoing basis and provide monthly updates to Marketing Head.

g) Finalization of creative brief, work with creative agencies to develop TV, Print, Digital and point of sales creative.

*Vertical of RSPL: HCD (Hygiene Care Division)

*Global experience is required for the role. (Preferred countries: Bangladesh, Nepal and Africa.)

*Reporting to: Head of Marketing.

*Team Handling: 1 or 2.

*Working Days: Monday to Friday.

*Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 18:30 PM.
