0verall its a good place to work however one can feel stagnent after a point and the work policies can be felt bit immature as they work kore like a startup than a matur organisation. No worklife balance. No competitive salary.

All consulting side managers(Especially ERP) come from the same company, and anyone can confirm this by checking Linkedin. It seems like biased hiring took place. These individuals are toxic and lack the skills to manage projects effectively. Coming from small companies they've brought the same kind of office politics with them. The culture here is all about showmanship.
