Good clarity onn my work and understanding colleagues and seniors. I have worked on large projects and there is no such thing that you are junior or senior. If you show initiative can even speak with Head of Departments. Salaries are always on time and clients have been for long time and even treat newcomer like me with respects.

Lack of basic infrastructure. Office is located in an old building. As simple as washrooms are pathetic and smelly with broken seats/ taps (seems like roadside urinals). HR, payroll and admin teams take no responsibility and i dont know why are they even hired. As a company policy, they deduct salary for no reasons and when you ask reason, they will not reply anything. Management is very selfish and just knows how to make money and keep in their pockets (especially during covid, they deducted salaries and made huge money for themselves). Post Covid, all saturdays are working now. There is no system of escalation of any issue. Please do not join this firm... You will regret in all terms....Read More

Very unprofessional. Force to resign & then don't provide relieving, experience letter for 4-6 months, don't do final settlement. Very rude behaviour. Harrassment by HR Alvin Rebello & owner supports HR for this behaviour.
