The work environment is positive and collaborative, enhancing productivity and motivating us to contribute our best. The management and reporting heads are incredibly empathetic and considerate, always striving to mentor and inspire us to develop our skills and capabilities. The open-door policy and redressal of grievances provide a platform for equal opportunities for every employee's voices to be heard, which is commendable. Even though RSM is a competitor of the Big 4 but it not remotely close to the facilities that is provided by the latter. Those who have worked with the Big4 before will have a hard time adjusting to the school-like work culture.
