Hierarchy is very simple in the office, reachable Managers, partners directors etc. They guide you enough relating to work. Exposure is fair enough.

Dislikes

The policy of the organisation is worst among all. Once you resign all the payments due to you will be held, even though you are entitled to salary they will not pay you till the full and final settlement. During the audits we need to visit client places the travel and conveyance reimbursement takes forever to get credited to your account.
