I had Joined in the month of September 2019 as Asm handling Health insurance for entire chennai prior me joining the health insurance business was 50k per month on fresh health insurance which was the worst performance in pan india level after I joined implemented few initiatives had increased it to 15 to 16lalh per month and rankedtop 1 position by beating top performers like Delhi and retained the position for 7 months even at the time of panademic situation but the Gift Company gave was being layed off due to the psnademic situation with other 299 employees...Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
