They renewed already our one year contracts and after two months they give to me non renewal contract due to saudiazation it effects my future because our country there is age limit for searching another job. If they give chance at least one year i can manage little .

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
