Working for this organisation is one if the best decision I have taken so far, I like the work culture, people. They are helping me to stay positive and keeps me engaging throughout the lockdown, and make work from home is so much fun.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such but we can improve on so many things.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There are huge events for fun and entertainment. Company policies are good.

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
