Likes

Working in different shifts are easy and also they give shift allowance based on your shift. I like hybrid work system.

Dislikes

Fake people. Lack of management. No professionalism. No job security. Seniors never help you. Talking lie about work before hiring. Working on outdated processes. I think there experience is useless.

Work policy: When ever your shif is in night, you have to WFH and for other remaining shifts WFO.
