Recently I have joined this company frankly speaking the management are good.They are co-operative and If I got stuck in somewhere the are helping and they Guide to further process. This is platform where I working and learning new technologies also. Work culture also good. Apart from this company policies are good for employee.

I like the fact that they hire freshers who have basic skills. It gives them a platform to learn and grow. Work-life isn't good at all. There's no management. They don't have Project Managers. They don't abide by any policies. Policies change according to management and what suits them.

There is nothing to like about this company

This is a fraud company. They take the interview and when you clear all the rounds there is no response. After 1 month I get a call that they have selected me and I will be able to join after sending the documents. After sending the documents they say you are not shortlisted and cut the call. And don't have the guts pick up the call when called back the very next second.

The company lacks leadership and doesn't have a clear long-term goal. They won't give you an appointment letter, or salary slips and makes you sign almost 2 years of the bond, and asks you to keep your documents with them.
