They are not supportive at all. They can fire you on the spot. They always find a way to deduct your salary. And in this crisis, at the time of covid19 they closed their office in march mid week and not giving salary to their employees.

Dislikes

They will not provide you appraisal until you give resignation or you ask them to discuss about hike. Team leaders are not supportive at all.

My journey was not bad even I performed excellent during my work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My experience was very good with rocking trips. Staff is very helpful or well behavior , Seniors are always ready for your help. Work environment is awesome or Incentives are very good. Company owner , HR and other members of this company are Hardworking and you can enjoy your work with them. All things are good in rocking trips.

Dislikes

Some times you can face work pressure if you are in sales but this is not bad for you If you are hardworking than you can easily face all things and every day you can learn new things. Over all company is good or all the staff members or HR is very helpful.

My experience was good in Sales as a International Travel Consultant and as a team leader. You can learn new things everyday with your team and other members and if you are hardworking and want to learn new skills or want good experience.
