Previously this company was giving lot of benefit just to attract talent and start good shape in India. They gave higher package. Cab free.

Dislikes

This company has lot of politics. Site head and other leaders have no vision. Europe region is not ready to share any work in India and they fire people without proper intimation. All benefits generally goes to those who are close to their old leadership when this company was viewcs. This is unlike Roches other affiliates and doesn't look like global company. Its not a good company at all. It feels like driven by some lala type people who have more experience of running a shop than a corporate. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
