Senior Full Stack Developer (Python, Angular)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our product team at Roche. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to streamline the study design and protocol generation process, helping us enhance decision-making and improve patient trial success. The team is responsible for building scalable tools using AI, data insights, and interoperable systems to optimize clinical trial outcomes and accelerate research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Material Design for responsive interfaces.
• Implement metadata validation workflows, enabling users to validate data using Angular and Python-based systems.
• Build backend systems using Python and Django to manage data aggregation, processing, and document generation.
• Integrate Snowflake databases for efficient storage and retrieval of metadata.
• Optimize tool performance and ensure secure authentication with OAuth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions in clinical research.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, Python, and Django for full-stack development.
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in handling spreadsheet data with Python libraries such as Pandas and OpenPyXL.
• Strong understanding of document generation using Python (e.g., Docx).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and server-side rendering (SSR).
• Knowledge of internationalization (i18n) for multi-language support.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and collaboration with design teams.
• Background in metadata validation tools or computational simulations.
