... was giving lot of benefit just to attract talent and start good shape in India. They gave higher package. Cab free.

Dislikes

This company has lot of politics. Site head and other leaders have no vision. Europe region is not ready to share any work in India and they fire people without proper intimation. All benefits generally goes to those who are close to their old leadership when this company was viewcs. This is unlike Roches other affiliates and doesn't look like global company. This is just any other small scale company. No skill development, no projects.

Nothing at all. Feels like working in a ekta kapoor show as lot of drama and politics around.

Its not a good company at all. It feels like driven by some lala type people who have more experience of running a shop than a corporate. Its the site head and his bunch of people who are ruining the whole reputation of roche in Pune. Its not roche at all it use to be a startup and doesnt look like corporate at all...
