The work-life balance is excellent, and the compensation is satisfying.

The work environment tends to be highly political, with a noticeable lack of strategic direction or clear vision. Leadership often appears to prioritize personal agendas over organizational goals, and there is an absence of structured roadmaps. Additionally, some long-tenured team members engage in micromanagement, lacking a clear vision themselves, and expect the team to operate strictly according to their directives without fostering collaboration or innovation. Likes

Previously this company was giving lot of benefit just to attract talent and start good shape in India. They gave higher package. Cab free.

Dislikes

This company has lot of politics. Site head and other leaders have no vision. Europe region is not ready to share any work in India and they fire people without proper intimation. All benefits generally goes to those who are close to their old leadership when this company was viewcs. This is unlike Roches other affiliates and doesn't look like global company. This is just any other small scale company. No skill development, no projects....Read More
