Roche Diagnostics India Pvt. Ltd is world largest diagnostics company. I love to work in this company, this is best experience in my life ever, the teammates are very good and helpful and also my boss is very helpful. In this organisation the company provides the equal opportunity to their employees. But i am on third party pay rollso i did not get any opportunity from the company, no opportunity for third party pay roll employees. I have been working in this organization since 2013 but i did not get any promotion in this organization. I get 10 percent increment every year, but my job is secure in this company because of my hard work, i know all the regulatory requirements. Managers act like dictators, it’s a shame in terms of culture. Top management are totally unaware of what the field people go through. Special mention to people like ABM Vitesh Damani, a satanic person. Just because of faulty upbringing and his family issues he always treats his team with utmost misery, foul language and hatred. Thrown out of all his previous companies and number of people resigning under him. Still Roche continued to keep him even after multiple complaints.
