If you are a person with a long term vision, looking for a stable job Roche pharma is definitely not a choice. They consistently re create , experiment and then give a golden handshake. In 2014 , 450 employees were called to Mumbai and then they sacked 200 members. In 2020, inspite of Covid, without concern they organised an exam and failed everyone. Work environment was very nice if u have any doubts your co worker manager senior manager even process head will help you understand the issue and help you out there was no work pressure at all but you have to do accurate calculations with no mistakes also company treats you like asset of the company

Managers act like dictators, it’s a shame in terms of culture. Top management are totally unaware of what the field people go through. Special mention to people like ABM Vitesh Damani, a satanic person. Just because of faulty upbringing and his family issues he always treats his team with utmost misery, foul language and hatred. Thrown out of all his previous companies and number of people resigning under him. Still Roche continued to keep him even after multiple complaints.
