There is no scope for growth or development as the main language for communication is not English but the regional language. Management encourages the use of regional language as it is more easily understood by the localities, who don't have to put in any extra effort (of learning to communicate in English) to get their work done. Even the client meetings are conducted in regional language which is very unprofessional. If someone is not well versed in the regional language, then that candidate is doomed in the company. There are a lot of discrepancies on the pay check which no one can clarify (not even the management) . Night shift allowance is not given, even though people cross midnight while working. Absolutely no flexibility on leaves (terrible) and there are chances that the leaves won't be approved by the managers even though the candidate has a valid reason for availing it. Leaves (even sick, emergency leaves) need prior permission. The candidate can't apply for it later on but has to get it approved way before hand. There is no scope to work from home....Read More
